Our buffalo horn spoons are the ideal way to serve Caviar as the horn spoon does not taint the eggs. One should never use a metal spoon (unless it is gold!) otherwise the Caviar will oxidise and alter its flavour. Always put the spoon vertically into the Caviar to avoid crushing the eggs.
