Delivery Details

Delivery information  
We use Parcelforce to deliver most of our online products within the United Kingdom. Please ensure that there will be somebody to sign for your delivery at the delivery address. All of our fresh products are thermo packed with ice to ensure premium quality on arrival. We send out on a next day delivery service as standard to ensure that your caviar arrives in perfect condition.
 
Unless the delivery date is specified when ordered the following delivery schedule is in force:  
 
Standard delivery schedule:  
Orders placed before 1pm  Mondays to Thursdays are despatched the same day.  
Orders placed after 1pm  Mondays to Wednesdays are despatched the following day.  
Orders placed post 1pm Thurs through Sunday are despatched the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is requested.   
 
 
Saturday and pre 12pm deliveries:
Saturday and pre 12pm deliveries can be selected at the checkout and are charged at an extra rate.
Orders for a Saturday delivery must be recived by 1pm on Friday at the latest.
 
 
Same Day Deliveries

We will do what ever we can to deliver what you want, where you want it, when you want it. To this end, we do use various options to achieve same day delivery in the UK. These include couriers, bikes and taxis depending on the demands of the delivery.


We do have a central London caviar delivery hub. This gives us the capability to deliver caviar in the central London area within 90 minutes of ordering, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, it is not stocked at the quiet times of year. Please phone the office if you would like to take advantage of these services 0845 606 8868.
 
Overseas deliveries:
Orders for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Eire and Channel Islands or Europe will be applied at the checkout. Unfortunately, this is an expensive service as we do like to deliver on a next day basis to ensure that our caviar reaches you in perfect condition. For heavier orders, which may not just contain caviar, please contact the office as we may be able to deliver on an economy service.     
 
Please note:
If you are not at the delivery address at the agreed delivery time, your product will be sent back to the depot. Caspian Caviar cannot be held liable for your product if you fail to meet the agreed delivery time window. We cannot accept responsibility for any order which has been returned to the depot and will not issue a refund.

Sadly, there is no such thing as a perfect courier company. We do use Parcel Force as it has the greatest infrastructure and a "can deliver" mentality, but things do sometimes go wrong. Once a parcel leaves our depot, it is outwith our complete control, but we will do whatever we can to ensure a successful delivery.
