Delivery information
We use Parcelforce to deliver most of our online products within the United Kingdom. Please ensure that there will be somebody to sign for your delivery at the delivery address. All of our fresh products are thermo packed with ice to ensure premium quality on arrival.
Unless the delivery date is specified when ordered the following delivery schedule is in force:
Standard delivery schedule:
Orders placed before 1pm Mondays to Thursdays are despatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm Mondays to Wednesdays are despatched the following day.
Orders placed Friday through Sunday are despatched the following Monday.
Orders for a Monday delivery have to delivered the previous Saturday at the latest.
Orders for a Saturday delivery must be recived by 1pm on Friday at the latest.
Saturday and pre 12pm deliveries:
Saturday and pre 12pm deliveries can be selected at the checkout and are charged at an extra rate.
Orders for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Eire and Channel Islands or Europe will be applied at the checkout.
Please note:
If you are not at the delivery address at the agreed delivery time, your product will be sent back to the depot. Caspian Caviar cannot be held liable for your product if you fail to meet the agreed delivery time window. We cannot accept responsibility for any order which has been returned to the depot and will not issue a refund. In the event of non arrival, please contact the Home Deliveries team on 01453 844870 as soon as possible.
