Our Whole Duck Foie Gras is of oustandingly high quality with a lovely rich flavour. The fantastic range of semi preserved foie gras is a perfect starter or canape.
This gourmet delicacy is presented in a traditional kilner jar and is delicious served with our champagne jelly on lightly toasted bread and paired with a sweet white wine.
180g Whole Duck Foie Gras
As a starter, serve between 40 to 60g per person.
Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before serving.
