This Beluga Caviar is one of the best we have tasted and is virtually indistinguishable from the wild. This Beluga caviar is from sustainable Huso Huso stock, not a hybrid, which is quite rare for sustainable Beluga. Beluga Caviar has the largest egg and is the most expensive of all sturgeon. The eggs are steely grey in colour and have a fine creamy taste.
