`Caviar d’Aquitaine`, is farmed in the estuaries of the Gironde in South West France, and is considered one of the finest sustainable caviars on the market. In many of the blind tastings we have held, even Caviar Aficionados have been hard pressed to distinguish between wild and captive. With its full sized grains, its extremely fine skin ranging in colour from anthracite grey to golden brown.
Sturia Aquitaine Caviar is made from the Acipenser Baeri, a major species of sturgeon from Russia.
