Here at Caspian Caviar, we have been searching for a mid-range, quality caviar bowl. We wanted something a little better than our rather nice glass bowls, but did not want to go to the £800-£1000 level that we were often quoted. Eventually, we just made our own.
These simple, elegant bowls are made for us in Italy. They are silver plate and come complete with a glass insert bowl for the caviar, suspended on a wire frame. The bowl is 16cm in diameter, while the glass insert is 11cm diameter and approx 4cm deep.
