This gourmet delicacy is produced in South West France and presented in a traditional kilner jar. It is delicious served with our Sauternes Jelly, or Fig Confit, on lightly toasted bread/brioche and paired with a sweet white wine.

As a starter, serve between 40 to 60g per person.
Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before serving.
