There are those of you who think that blinis are rather stodgy for serving caviar and prefer something lighter and crisper. Thus, we have introduced these delicious crispbreads, which are just ideal for serving caviar or a range of canapes.
They are light. They are crisp. They keep winning awards and they are really rather good. If you dont have a party coming up and, for some reason, have run out of caviar, I am told that they are also very good with cheese.
These crispbreads are made to an original Swedish recipe using rye. They used to be made in Sweden, but then they moved to Edinburgh. Dont ask me why. The crack and the crunch, combined with a delicate taste, serve to compliment a range of food, including caviar.
