Returns, Complaints & Refunds
Your right to return goods is governed by the U.K’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
You have your right to cancel, as per the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, on our non-food products. You have seven working days from taking delivery of such goods in which to notify Caspian Caviar, in writing, of what you wish to return. We will then issue you with a returns authorisation number. However, due to the nature of the majority of Caspian Caviar's goods, your right to cancel does not extend to food produce.
It remains your responsibility to ensure that all goods are returned to Caspian Caviar promptly, securely and in a saleable condition, and pay all postage costs in doing so.
Upon receiving returned items that meet the above conditions we will issue you with a refund, minus original shipping costs, to the format in which you paid within 30 days.
Should you wish to alter or cancel an order prior to despatch, any reduction in the order value will be refunded to the format in which you paid, within 7 working days.
In the unlikely event of a failed delivery, and where it is not possible to re-deliver, a full refund will be made to the format in which you paid within 7 working days.
Should you wish to make a complaint about any of our goods or service, please contact us as soon as you can, either by phone or email. We will endeavour to respond to any complaints within 24 hours of receipt.
