We have been saying for years that this Oscietra from Italy is the best in Europe and no-one has yet disagreed with us. Meanwhile, we have managed to source our House Selection from the same outdoor farm. It is from pure Baerii (Siberian) sturgeon and it is actually what we used for our original Sibirskye caviar. Available in various sizes of caviar. The stated size refers to each tin of caviar, not the overall weight of caviar. Please note that all caviar products should be refrigerated upon receipt.  Once opened, consume within 48 hours.

Gift Box

One of our customers, obviously much more intelligent than us, suggested that we should list a Gift Box so that people could put together what ever they wanted as a gift. What a good idea we thought, so here it is - an empty box! If you add this box to your order, we will select the size to suit, pack your items carefully within in black paper shred, wrap it with our ribbon and include a gift card if selected. Please dont ask us to put too much in as they are only so big and they cant fit a side of smoked salmon!

Caspian Caviar Gift Voucher

Stuck what to buy some one? Which caviar do they prefer? Vodka or Champagne? decisions, decisions, decisions! Why not remove the problem of decision making and simply by a gift card? Just tell us who (including email address), where and how much and leave the rest to us. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL REFUND THE P&P ON A GIFT CARD AS IT ONLY NEEDS STAMP.

Caspian Caviar House Selection Gift Set

What a lovely, simple present - our excellent House Selection Caviar combined with our Nemiroff Ukrainian Vodka, all put together in one of our stylish gift boxes. You can choose the caviar size to suit, and there will be lashings of vodka to go round! You can order the gift with 50g, 125g or 250g of caviar. The Vodka size is 70cl. Do note that the very smart black gift box has a magnetic seal. This means that it can be accessed, items refrigerated and then the gift can be re-assembled at a later date if need be. It may be tempting to lament the decline of wild caviar, but instead lets celebrate the rise of sturgeon farming and the improvement in skills and farming techniques. Without such an improvement, it simply would not be possible to offer you caviar of this quality at such a remarkable price. Our current House Selection comes from the oldest and best regarded caviar farms in Italy. The farm is an outdoor, flow-through farm and the cavir is pure Baerii (Siberian).  The eggs are similar in size to Oscietra, but are rather darker in colour, some verging towards black. The caviar is lightly salted and has a complex taste, which majors on the front of the mouth. Best of all, at this price, you can have lots of it!

Caspian Caviar Keta & Caviar Gift Set

Black Lion Vodka 70cl

How could we resist our local artisan vodka? This premium vodka really does stand out from the crowd. BBLACK LION rare sheep’s milk vodka is all farmed, fermented and distilled in the Cotswolds. It is a crisp, full-bodied and flavourful vodka with warming afternotes and an impossibly smooth finish. BBLACK LION’s unique and much-awarded flavour, including hints of edelweiss, all comes from the fermenting and triple distilling of the sugar-rich whey left over after cheese-making – whey that would otherwise go to waste. Milk for the process comes from the vodka ffarm’s much loved flock of Black Lions. BBLACK LION should be served sub zero, straight from the freezer over ice, as a delicious sipping vodka, perfect with caviar. 440% ABV
