Caspian Caviar Caviar Spoon (Light)

Handcrafted horn caviar spoons Our buffalo horn spoons are the ideal way to serve Caviar as the horn spoon does not taint the eggs. One should never use a metal spoon (unless it is gold!) otherwise the Caviar will oxidise and the flavour will be tarnished. Always put the spoon vertically into the Caviar to avoid crushing the eggs.  Each individual spoon is hand carved, crafted and finished by highly skilled craftsmen in England. Due to the unique nature of each piece, slight variations in detail occur which simply add to their beauty and individuality.

Caspian Caviar Caspian Brass Silver plated Caviar Bowl

Here at Caspian Caviar, we have been searching for a mid-range, quality caviar bowl. We wanted something a little better than our rather nice glass bowls, but did not want to go to the £800-£1000 level that we were often quoted. Eventually, we just made our own. These simple, elegant bowls are made exclusively for us. They are brass silver plated and come complete with a glass insert bowl for the caviar, suspended on a wire frame. The bowl is 16cm in diameter, while the glass insert is 9cm diameter and approx 4cm deep.

Caspian Caviar Caviar Bowl (Large)

These beautiful Caviar Bowls are crafted in hand-blown glass and are the ideal serving dishes for all types of caviar. With no corners, there is nowhere for those little eggs to hide! The conical shaped caviar dish fits perfectly on top of a bowl of crushed ice, helping to maintain the optimum temperature for the caviar. If too warm the taste of the caviar is ruined. If too cold, the caviar can actually freeze, spoiling the delicacy of the eggs.
