Caspian Caviar Salmon Caviar (Keta) 100g

A special selection from wild catch, on the way to their spawning grounds in Alaskan waters. The Salmon Roe is a wonderful vivid reddy orange colour, with large eggs that burst in the mouth, flooding the senses with flavours of the ocean with an unmistakable hint of silver and adventure. A big favourite in the office.   Do be aware that there are various different types of Red Caviar. This example is Keta which is derived from the Chum Salmon. Keta is widely regarded as the very best Red Caviar.
