Beluga Twin Taster Set

Our Oscietra Twin Taster Set has gone down rather well, so it seemed a good idea to offer the same opportunity with our two Belugas. From customer feed back, we know that some like the larger egg and traditional creamy taste of the Huso Huso, while others prefer the punchier taste of the Huso/Bae hybrid. Which will you prefer?

Royal Beluga

This Beluga caviar is from Huso Huso/Baerii (Beluga/Siberian) hybrid stock, which reaches maturity some 10 years quicker than a pure Beluga sturgeon. The eggs are dark grey in colour, c3mm in diameter and have a fine creamy taste but with a more robust flavour than the pure Huso Huso due to the influence of the Baerii.

Special Reserve Beluga
This caviar is derived from pure Huso Huso sturgeon. The eggs are larger and tend to be lighter grey than the Royal. The taste is classic Beluga - subtle creamy with hints of walnut.

The Taster Set is offered at a 10% discount to the individual prices.

Available in 4 sizes: 2 x 30g, 2 x 50g, 2 x 125g and 2 x 250g.
