Delivery Details

Delivery information  
We use Parcelforce to deliver most of our online products within the United Kingdom. Please ensure that there will be somebody to sign for your delivery at the delivery address. All of our fresh products are thermo packed with ice to ensure premium quality on arrival. We send out on a next day delivery service as standard to ensure that your caviar arrives in perfect condition.
 
Unless you specify the delivery date when ordering, the following delivery schedule applies:  
 
Standard delivery schedule:  
Orders placed before 1.00pm  Mondays to Thursdays are despatched the same day.  
Orders placed after 1.00pm  Mondays to Wednesdays are despatched the following day.  
Orders placed post 1.00pm Thurs through Sunday are despatched the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is requested.   

Deliveries to the far north and south west of Scotland can take an additional day as Parcel Force transfer the delivery to Royal Mail. We will try to notify you if your order falls into this category.

 
Deliveries to the Scottish Islands can take as long as 4 days (Orkney & Shetland) so please bear this in mind when considering an order.

 
Saturday and pre 12pm deliveries:
Saturday and pre 12pm deliveries can be selected at the checkout and are charged at an extra rate.
Orders for a Saturday delivery must be received by 1.00pm on Friday at the latest.
 
 
Same Day Deliveries

We will do what ever we can to deliver what you want, where you want it, when you want it. To this end, we do use various options to achieve same day delivery in the UK. These include couriers, bikes and taxis depending on the demands of the delivery. Please phone the office if you need a same day delivery 0845 606 8868 or Angus on 07703 827955.


 
Overseas deliveries:
Deliveries to the EU are not currently possible due to the Brexit outcome, and the application of the CITES Regulations for exports to the EU.   
 
Please note:
If you are not at the delivery address at the agreed delivery time, your product will be sent back to the depot. Caspian Caviar cannot be held liable for your product if you fail to meet the agreed delivery time window.

Sadly, there is no such thing as a perfect courier company. We do use Parcel Force as it has the greatest infrastructure and a "can deliver" mentality, but things do sometimes go wrong. Once a parcel leaves our depot, it is outwith our complete control, but we will do whatever we can to ensure a successful delivery.
