A special selection of three of our best caviars, as selected by our customers, beautifully presented in a stylish gift box with our bespoke caviar bag. This is the perfect gift for any connoisseur who enjoys the good things in life. Tackling a range of caviars is my favourite way of eating caviar. You can really identify the differences, have a debate, find your favourite and generally have fun. We have added a caviar bowl, a horn spoon and our wonderful cocktail blinis, so you need little else.


Do note that the very smart black gift box has a magnetic seal. This means that it can be accessed, items refrigerated and then the gift can be re-assembled at a later date if need be. Also note that the Blinis have a shortish shelf life, so dont leave the gifting too long!

Royal Beluga 125g

This Beluga Caviar is one of the best we have tasted, and many of our regular customers agree. We introduced it to our range in 2013 and it quickly became a customer favourite. It is one of our best selling caviars.
 
Beluga Caviar has the largest egg and is the most expensive of all the usual sturgeon caviars. This Beluga caviar is from Huso Huso/Baerii (Beluga/Siberian) hybrid stock. The caviar has the egg size and creamy taste expected of pure Beluga, but not the price. In addition, it has additional flavour from the Baerii.
 
It comes from a spring fed, out door farm in northern Italy where the attention to detail is phenomenal. The water quality, temperature, food and processing is all rigorously monitored, and the results are plain to taste.
 
Oscietra 125g
A real caviar star. We regularly proclaim our Oscietra to be the best around, particularly at this price, and no one has yet disagreed.

House Selection 125g
The eggs are similar in size to Oscietra, but are rather darker in colour, some verging towards black. The caviar is lightly salted and has a mild, clean taste. It is surprisingly complex, with flavours of the sea sprinkled with citrus undertones. This is a pure Baerii caviar from the oldest flow-through farm in Italy.

What is Borax?
Borax, also known as Sodium borate, is a form of salt that is traditionally used in caviar production. It helps in the preservation process, improves consistency and also enhances the flavour.

Delivery Details
We offer a range of delivery options, which are listed on the order page. All GB caviar orders are sent out on a "next day" basis on a fully trackable service. We deliver every day excluding Sundays, Mondays and Bank Holidays. We need your order by 1.00pm if we are to deliver the following day. Your order will be packed with ice and delivered in thermo-dynamic packaging to ensure that it arrives with you in perfect condition.
 
Our system allows you to select your required delivery day, up to two months in advance.
 
We dispatch using DPD for deliveries in UK. They do leave orders but it is best if there is somebody home at the time of delivery. On dispatch, you will receive confirmation, along with the DPD tracking number. On the day of delivery, you should receive a notification of a 1 hour delivery time slot.
 
For specialist delivery options, such as same day delivery, a specific time or place, please phone the office.
 
EU Deliveries
We can now offer a limited range of caviar for delivery within the EU: Royal Beluga 125g & 250g, Royal Oscietra 125g & 250g, Oscietra 125g & 250g.
Please note that if your basket contains any other items, you will not be offered the EU delivery option.
 
However hard we try, things can go wrong with a delivery. This will result from things beyond our control, such as van breakdowns, severe weather or road closures. In the event of non arrival, please contact the Home Deliveries team on 01453 845200 as soon as possible. We will do whatever we can to get your parcel delivered, but our success will rely on an early warning. Having been doing this for over 20 years, we do know how best to work the systems.

Our credit/debit card payment system, including security, is provided by Barclaycard ePDQ, one of the world's largest providers of such services. We do not hold any customer credit card details.
