Caspian Caviar Best Sellers Set

These are the three of our caviars that our customers keep on coming back for, time after time.

We have sold the Oscietra for over 10 years and we never get bored of it! It comes from a lovely outdoor farm in northern Italy and continues to woo customers, old and new.

This Beluga Caviar is one of the best we have tasted, and many of our regular customers agree. We introduced it to our range in 2013 and it quickly became a customer favourite. It is one of our best selling caviars.

Beluga Caviar has the largest egg and is the most expensive of all the usual sturgeon caviars. This Beluga caviar is from Huso Huso/Baerii (Beluga/Siberian) hybrid stock. The caviar has the egg size and creamy taste expected of pure Beluga, but not the price. In addition, it has additional flavour from the Baerii.

It comes from a spring fed, out door farm in northern Italy where the attention to detail is phenomenal. The water quality, temperature, food and processing is all rigorously monitored, and the results are plain to taste.

We introduced the House Selection concept at about the same time. It allows us to select great caviars, based on taste and value, without chopping and changing labels. We have upgraded our House Selection several times over the years and now offer a superb pure Siberian (Baerii) from the oldest flow-through farm in Italy. It is our best seller.

For more information on the individual caviars, please check their individual listings.
