This exceptional Oscietra is a very firm favourite for many of our customers, and regularly stuns caviar connoisseurs who try it for the first time. We have carried out extensive tastings and are convinced that there is not a better Oscietra on the market, and certainly not at this price. Well, perhaps one - our Royal Oscietra Caviar, which is the cream of this crop.

 

We introduced this caviar to our range in 2013 after it became an immediate hit with our tasting team. It quickly became our best selling caviar and still is.

Our Oscietra is sourced from a cold water, out door farm in northern Italy. The large egg size and colour make it very impressive to the eye. The firm eggs are about 2.8mm diameter with a colour varying from a rich golden brown to dark tobacco brown. This Oscietra has a mellow nutty flavour, that lingers long on the palate and longer in the mind, just as a really good caviar should. You can wake up in the middle of the night dreaming about this Oscietra!

 

 

 

We offer a range of delivery options, which are listed on the order page. All GB caviar orders are sent out on a "next day" basis on a fully trackable service. We deliver every day excluding Sundays, Mondays and Bank Holidays. We need your order by 1.00pm if we are to deliver the following day. Your order will be packed with ice and delivered in thermo-dynamic packaging to ensure that it arrives with you in perfect condition.

 

Our system allows you to select your required delivery day, up to two months in advance.

 

We dispatch using DPD for deliveries in UK. They do leave orders but it is best if there is somebody home at the time of delivery. On dispatch, you will receive confirmation, along with the DPD tracking number. On the day of delivery, you should receive a notification of a 1 hour delivery time slot.
