A classic bloc de Foie Gras which is the perfect thing for a starter or canapes. The block of duck foie gras pate is dead easy to slice and simply serve with toast or brioche.
Try serving with some of our Fig Confit or Sauternes Jelly and accompany with some sweet wine, such as Sauternes or a Tokay.
My wife has been badgering us to stock this for some time. Naturally, I have given in gracefully. She finds that it is easier to slice and serve than the Mi-Cuit. I am happy as I think it is delicious.
This is not a huge tin and would struggle to do more than 4 people for a starter.
