FOIE GRAS SAUCE

This really is an essential addition to your larder. This sauce will transform the simplest of foods into a rich, delicious, sumptuous feast. Made in France from foie gras, duck stock, wines, cream, herbs and spices, it has many uses and can be used in an instant.

Just heat the sauce and pour. Just see what it does to a rather boring bit of roast chicken or a somewhat bland bit of steak. It is the quickest pasta sauce - ready before the pasta! Pour onto some pheasant - that will help clear the freezer. I am sure that you can think of many more uses for this fantastic sauce.

INGREDIENTS

Water, duck foie gras (29%), poultry carcass, cream, white wine (contains sulfites), carrots, duck fat, onions, wheat flour, port wine (contains sulphites), modified corn starch, leeks, shallots, salt, armagnac, garlic, tomato concentrate, celery, pepper, aromatic plants, juniper berries, spices. May contain traces of allergens.

Keep in a cool, dry cupboard. Once open, keep in the fridge and consume within 3 days.

Delivery Details
We offer a range of delivery options, which are listed on the order page. All GB caviar orders are sent out on a "next day" basis on a fully trackable service. We deliver every day excluding Sundays, Mondays and Bank Holidays. We need your order by 1.00pm if we are to deliver the following day. Your order will be packed with ice and delivered in thermo-dynamic packaging to ensure that it arrives with you in perfect condition.
 
Our system allows you to select your required delivery day, up to two months in advance.
 
We dispatch using DPD for deliveries in UK. They do leave orders but it is best if there is somebody home at the time of delivery. On dispatch, you will receive confirmation, along with the DPD tracking number. On the day of delivery, you should receive a notification of a 1 hour delivery time slot.
 
For specialist delivery options, such as same day delivery, a specific time or place, please phone the office.
 
EU Deliveries
We can now offer a limited range of caviar for delivery within the EU: Royal Beluga 125g & 250g, Royal Oscietra 125g & 250g, Oscietra 125g & 250g.
Please note that if your basket contains any other items, you will not be offered the EU delivery option.
 
However hard we try, things can go wrong with a delivery. This will result from things beyond our control, such as van breakdowns, severe weather or road closures. In the event of non arrival, please contact the Home Deliveries team on 01453 845200 as soon as possible. We will do whatever we can to get your parcel delivered, but our success will rely on an early warning. Having been doing this for over 20 years, we do know how best to work the systems.

Our credit/debit card payment system, including security, is provided by Barclaycard ePDQ, one of the world's largest providers of such services. We do not hold any customer credit card details.
