This is a very special gift set, combining our exclusive silver plate caviar bowl, Beluga caviar Beluga vodka and a horn caviar spoon. It is all packed in a Caspian Caviar gift box.

Caspian Caviar Bowl

These simple, elegant bowls are made for us in Italy. They are silver plate and come complete with a glass insert bowl for the caviar, suspended on a wire frame. The bowl is 16cm in diameter, while the glass insert is 11cm diameter and approx 4cm deep.

Beluga Caviar

Beluga Caviar has the largest egg and is the most expensive of all the usual sturgeon caviars. This Beluga caviar is from Huso Huso/Baerii (Beluga/Siberian) hybrid stock, which is the mainstay of farmed Beluga production as it reaches maturity some 10 years quicker than a pure Beluga sturgeon. The caviar has the egg size and taste expected of Beluga, but not the price.

The eggs are dark grey in colour, 3 - 3.5mm in diameter and have a fine creamy taste, with a hint of walnut.

What is Borax?

Borax, also known as Sodium borate, is a form of salt that is traditionally used in caviar production. It helps in the preservation process, improves consistency and also enhances the flavour.

Beluga Vodka 70cl
The No.1 Super Premium Vodka in Russia. Made in the century-old Mariinsk distillery in Siberia from superior malt spirit and pure artesian water, this vodka is a true masterpiece. Beluga undergoes an additional process of ‘resting’ which helps to smooth the vodka and we all taste better after a good rest! This vodka is rested for 30 days prior to bottling. It likes to think that it is the best vodka in the world.

Delivery Details

We offer a range of delivery options, which are listed on the order page. All UK caviar orders are sent out on a next day basis, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays, on a fully trackable service. We need your order by 2.00pm if we are to deliver the following day. Your order will be packed with ice and delivered in thermo-dynamic packaging to ensure that it arrives with you in perfect condition.

Our system allows you to select your required delivery day, up to two months in advance.

We despatch using Parcel Force for deliveries in the UK. It is a "sign for" service so please ensure that there is somebody home on the day of delivery. On despatch, you will receive confirmation, along with the Parcel Force tracking number. Most areas now have "Live Tracking" which provides an estimated time of delivery, which can help to ensure that somebody is at home.

For specialist delivery options, such as same day delivery, a specific time or within 90 minutes in central London, please phone the office.

However hard we try, things can go wrong with a delivery. This will result from things beyond our control, such as van breakdowns, severe weather or road closures. In the event of non arrival, please contact the Home Deliveries team on 0845 606 8868 as soon as possible. We will do whatever we can to get your parcel delivered, but our success will rely on an early warning. Having been doing this for over 18 years, we do know how best to work the systems.
