What a lovely, simple present - our excellent House Selection Caviar combined with our very own Caspian Caviar House Champagne, plus spoons and a glass caviar bowl, all put together in one of our stylish gift boxes. You can choose the caviar size to suit, and this will not disappoint!

You can order the gift with 50g, 125g or 250g of caviar. The Champagne size is 75cl.

Do note that the very smart black gift box has a magnetic seal. This means that it can be accessed, items refrigerated and then the gift can be re-assembled at a later date if need be.

It may be tempting to lament the decline of wild caviar, but instead lets celebrate the rise of sturgeon farming and the improvement in skills and farming techniques. Without such an improvement, it simply would not be possible to offer you caviar of this quality at such a remarkable price. This caviar comes from pure bred Siberian sturgeon, reared on one of the oldest outdoor farms in France.

The eggs are similar in size to Oscietra, but are rather darker in colour, some verging towards black. The caviar is lightly salted and has a mild, clean taste. It is surprisingly complex, with flavours of the sea sprinkled with citrus undertones. Best of all, at this price, you can have lots of it!

What is Borax?

Borax, also known as Sodium borate, is a form of salt that is traditionally used in caviar production. It helps in the preservation process, improves consistency and also enhances the flavour.

Delivery Details

We offer a range of delivery options, which are listed on the order page. All GB caviar orders are sent out on a "next day" basis on a fully trackable service. We deliver every day excluding Sundays, Mondays and Bank Holidays. We need your order by 1.00pm if we are to deliver the following day. Your order will be packed with ice and delivered in thermo-dynamic packaging to ensure that it arrives with you in perfect condition.

Our system allows you to select your required delivery day, up to two months in advance.

I am afraid that we can no longer deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands. We can deliver to the Isle of Man.

We dispatch using Parcel Force for deliveries in GB. It is a "sign for" service so please ensure that there is somebody home on the day of delivery. On dispatch, you will receive confirmation, along with the Parcel Force tracking number. Most areas now have "Live Tracking" which provides an estimated time of delivery, which can help to ensure that somebody is at home.

For specialist delivery options, such as same day delivery, a specific time or place, please phone the office.

EU Deliveries

We can now offer a limited range of caviar for delivery within the EU: Royal Beluga 125g & 250g, Royal Oscietra 125g & 250g, Oscietra 125g & 250g.

Please note that if your basket contains any other items, you will not be offered the EU delivery option.

However hard we try, things can go wrong with a delivery. This will result from things beyond our control, such as van breakdowns, severe weather or road closures. In the event of non arrival, please contact the Home Deliveries team on 0845 606 8868 as soon as possible. We will do whatever we can to get your parcel delivered, but our success will rely on an early warning. Having been doing this for over 20 years, we do know how best to work the systems.

Our credit/debit card payment system, including security, is provided by Barclaycard ePDQ, one of the world's largest providers of such services. We do not hold any customer credit card details.
