Caspian Caviar is owned and run by Simon Shepherd and Angus Collingwood-Cameron. Simon founded the company back in 2000. In its early years, it was mainly run by his wife, Suzanne. In 2012, Angus became involved in the business and ran it with Suzanne for three years. Sadly, Suzanne died of cancer in 2015. Since then, Angus has run the business on a day-to-day basis, with Simon providing help and support.
Angus became involved in Caspian due to his love of the good things in life, and is happy to advise on indulgence as well as running private tastings and corporate events. When you phone in, it is very likely that you will speak to Angus. If not, it will be one of the Caspian Team: Sarah, Sue or Laura.
