The Caspia Caviar/Seafood Server is a versatile piece as it can be used for caviar as well as other seafood dishes. Simple but beautifully made by William Yeoward Crystal. They call it "Caspia" so it is not a spelling mistake! It measures 14.5cm and will hold 50g-125g of caviar and comes complete with a large Mother of Pearl serving spoon. The internal bowl sits neatly on crushed ice. Simple elegance.
Caspian Brass Silver plated Caviar Bowl
Here at Caspian Caviar, we have been searching for a mid-range, quality caviar bowl. We wanted something a little better than our rather nice glass bowls, but did not want to go to the £800-£1000 level that we were often quoted. Eventually, we just made our own. These simple, elegant bowls are made exclusively for us. They are brass silver plated and come complete with a glass insert bowl for the caviar, suspended on a wire frame. The bowl is 16cm in diameter, while the glass insert is 9cm diameter and approx 4cm deep.

Just tell us who (including email address), where and how much and leave the rest to us. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL REFUND THE P&P ON A GIFT CARD AS IT ONLY NEEDS STAMP.

One of our customers, obviously much more intelligent than us, suggested that we should list a Gift Box so that people could put together what ever they wanted as a gift. What a good idea we thought, so here it is - an empty box! If you add this box to your order, we will select the size to suit, pack your items carefully within in black paper shred, wrap it with our ribbon and include a gift card if selected. Please dont ask us to put too much in as they are only so big and they cant fit a side of smoked salmon!

It may be tempting to lament the decline of wild caviar, but instead lets celebrate the rise of sturgeon farming and the improvement in skills and farming techniques. Without such an improvement, it simply would not be possible to offer you caviar of this quality at such a remarkable price. Our current House Selection comes from the oldest and best regarded caviar farms in Italy. The farm is an outdoor, flow-through farm and the cavir is pure Baerii (Siberian). The eggs are similar in size to Oscietra, but are rather darker in colour, some verging towards black. The caviar is lightly salted and has a complex taste, which majors on the front of the mouth. Best of all, at this price, you can have lots of it!
The Russians like to talk of Red and Black Caviar. The red being salmon caviar and the black being any sturgeon caviar. So we have put together our House Selection Caviar and a jar of our Keta, plus a bottle of Ukrainian Nemiroff Vodka.
