CHRISTMAS IS COMING……………NOVEMBER OFFERS

The Christmas edition of The Field has just landed on my door mat. There, at the top of page 21, they have been kind enough to feature our fantastic Royal Oscietra . So to celebrate a bit of national exposure, we have taken the opportunity to knock 10% off until the 30th November.

CORPORATE GIFTS

Why not do something a little different this year and give some caviar to your staff and customers? It is an unexpected treat, which invariable goes down well. We can do caviar on its own, or in a Gift Set. If you dont see exactly what you want, we will make up gifts to meet your wishes. Do give us a ring to discuss your requirements.

CAVIAR STORAGE

At this time of year, we are continually being asked how long our caviar can be stored for in a domestic fridge. Our caviar fridges run at -2C, with the salt content preventing the caviar from freezing. This is rather colder than a standard domestic fridge but allows longer term storage. We suggest that caviar, unopened, can be kept in an ordinary fridge for up to 6 weeks without affecting the quality. It should be stored at the back of the fridge, where it is coldest and is least likely to be affected by temperature changes when the door is opened.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR DELIVERIES

We will be delivering right up until the 23rd December, but PLEASE, PLEASE dont leave it that long if you can help it. The chances are that the courier system will be at its most over stretched on the 22nd – 24th December. Should anything go wrong, it leaves us very little time to ensure that you do receive your order prior to Christmas. Much better all round if we could deliver the week before.

With Christmas falling on a Friday, it only leaves us the 30th and 31st for deliveries between Christmas and New Year. So again, it would be much better all round if you could go for an earlier delivery.

Dont forget that our system allows you to book a delivery date over the next two months.
