Caspian Caviar Best Sellers Set These are the three of our caviars that our customers keep on coming back for, time after time. We have sold the Oscietra for over 10 years and we never get bored of it! It comes from a lovely outdoor farm in northern Italy and continues to woo customers, old and new. This Beluga Caviar is one of the best we have tasted, and many of our regular customers agree. We introduced it to our range in 2013 and it quickly became a customer favourite. It is one of our best selling caviars. Beluga Caviar has the largest egg and is the most expensive of all the usual sturgeon caviars. This Beluga caviar is from Huso Huso/Baerii (Beluga/Siberian) hybrid stock. The caviar has the egg size and creamy taste expected of pure Beluga, but not the price. In addition, it has additional flavour from the Baerii. It comes from a spring fed, out door farm in northern Italy where the attention to detail is phenomenal. The water quality, temperature, food and processing is all rigorously monitored, and the results are plain to taste. We introduced the House Selection concept at about the same time. It allows us to select great caviars, based on taste and value, without chopping and changing labels. We have upgraded our House Selection several times over the years and now offer a superb pure Siberian (Baerii) from the oldest flow-through farm in Italy. It is our best seller. For more information on the individual caviars, please check their individual listings. Available in 4 sizes: 3 x 30g, 3 x 50g, 3 x 125g and 3 x 250g.

How could we resist our local artisan vodka? This premium vodka really does stand out from the crowd. BBLACK LION rare sheep’s milk vodka is all farmed, fermented and distilled in the Cotswolds. It is a crisp, full-bodied and flavourful vodka with warming afternotes and an impossibly smooth finish. BBLACK LION’s unique and much-awarded flavour, including hints of edelweiss, all comes from the fermenting and triple distilling of the sugar-rich whey left over after cheese-making – whey that would otherwise go to waste. Milk for the process comes from the vodka ffarm’s much loved flock of Black Lions. BBLACK LION should be served sub zero, straight from the freezer over ice, as a delicious sipping vodka, perfect with caviar. 440% ABV
The Caspia Caviar/Seafood Server is a versatile piece as it can be used for caviar as well as other seafood dishes. Simple but beautifully made by William Yeoward Crystal. They call it "Caspia" so it is not a spelling mistake! It measures 14.5cm and will hold 50g-125g of caviar and comes complete with a large Mother of Pearl serving spoon. The internal bowl sits neatly on crushed ice. Simple elegance.
Caspian Brass Silver plated Caviar Bowl
Here at Caspian Caviar, we have been searching for a mid-range, quality caviar bowl. We wanted something a little better than our rather nice glass bowls, but did not want to go to the £800-£1000 level that we were often quoted. Eventually, we just made our own. These simple, elegant bowls are made exclusively for us. They are brass silver plated and come complete with a glass insert bowl for the caviar, suspended on a wire frame. The bowl is 16cm in diameter, while the glass insert is 9cm diameter and approx 4cm deep.

We have been saying for years that this Oscietra from Italy is the best in Europe and no-one has yet disagreed with us. Meanwhile, we have managed to source our House Selection from the same outdoor farm. It is from pure Baerii (Siberian) sturgeon and it is actually what we used for our original Sibirskye caviar. Available in various sizes of caviar. The stated size refers to each tin of caviar, not the overall weight of caviar. Please note that all caviar products should be refrigerated upon receipt. Once opened, consume within 48 hours.

One of our customers, obviously much more intelligent than us, suggested that we should list a Gift Box so that people could put together what ever they wanted as a gift. What a good idea we thought, so here it is - an empty box! If you add this box to your order, we will select the size to suit, pack your items carefully within in black paper shred, wrap it with our ribbon and include a gift card if selected. Please dont ask us to put too much in as they are only so big and they cant fit a side of smoked salmon!

It may be tempting to lament the decline of wild caviar, but instead lets celebrate the rise of sturgeon farming and the improvement in skills and farming techniques. Without such an improvement, it simply would not be possible to offer you caviar of this quality at such a remarkable price. Our current House Selection comes from the oldest and best regarded caviar farms in Italy. The farm is an outdoor, flow-through farm and the cavir is pure Baerii (Siberian). The eggs are similar in size to Oscietra, but are rather darker in colour, some verging towards black. The caviar is lightly salted and has a complex taste, which majors on the front of the mouth. Best of all, at this price, you can have lots of it!
The Russians like to talk of Red and Black Caviar. The red being salmon caviar and the black being any sturgeon caviar.
