GOLDEN OFFERS FOR THE CASPIAN CAVIAR GOLD CUP

1.55pm Saturday will see 17 runners compete for the 2017 Caspian Caviar Gold Cup at Cheltenham. What better excuse could I need for running a quick offer on our Caspian Gold caviar? I know it lacks symmetry, but just to make it an even better offer, we have extended it to our award winning Sibirskye.

I would love to see you at Cheltenham on Saturday but sadly I am “not required”! Simon will be doing the honours, so do say hello should you see him. Should be a good day!

WHAT WILL YOU BE HAVING THIS CHRISTMAS?

We do get asked this at this time of year by customers seeking to make a decision on their own provisions. Previous years, we have held a cocktail party with plenty of caviar based canapes, but not this year. But we will have some Goose Foie Gras bloc for Christmas Eve along with some Prosecco Jelly and Onion & Fig confit. We will need some Keta and Char for canapes on Christmas Day, with a couple of sides of our fabulous smoked salmon for general consumption. We do have some friends coming for dinner on New Year’s Eve, so I will get quite a bit of the Caspian White caviar as it is very good and the price means lots to go round. If you leave me any, there will be plenty of Salted Caramels on the go too.
Dont forget, we will still be delivering right up until Christmas Eve and between Christmas and New Year.
