CASPIAN WHITE – THE BARD REPEATS!

There still seems to be a little confusion over what might our Caspian White caviar actually look like – we did have to explain to quite a few people when we attended the excellent Daylesford Christmas Fair. The Bard of Grindstone has kindly put us right:

“White is a colour, it says on the tin.

It does not relate to the caviar within

White is the colour of the sturgeon meat

Do try it in oil for a festive treat

Black is the colour of this caviar

The amazing taste beats the price by far

Dont be put off by the moniker of White

At naming caviar, that Angus is not very good.”

I hope that has cleared it up. Do try it. It really is an exceptional caviar at this price level.
